The project is based on creating a balanced life for girls of Iraq.it aims to provide them in education, happiness, health care and hobbies. It encourages the girls to try to interact and do activities in small workshops.
Main statement :
The project is like a city connected by one main spine to generate and collect an interactive forms which are suitable for diverse ages of girls.
Concept :
The idea of the project is portrayed in the form, by using the theme of the ancient city in Iraq civilization, which is the forked tissue, It was the most common tissue at that time. The idea is to create a forked spine which is collecting all varies zones, Spine lines are curvilinear to be familiar with children movement and playing .
Curvilinear lines will lead to all entrances and piazzas. so The project is like a city connected by one main spine to generate and collect an interactive forms which
are suitable for diverse ages of girls .
The experience of interior spaces provides direct contact with nature.
Coverd terraces and residential courtyards create a private realm in the sky where the more mature girls can have their privacy.
Zoning :
The project divided into Three main zones which serves Girls life:
-Education which contains library , school.
-Living which contains residential units and dining hall.
-Entertainment which contains sports hall, craftsworkshops and hobbies rooms.
Environmental solutions :
using cavity walls, wind towers and light stone material and shading devices to mitigate the sun.
